Douglas is an Independent Advisor Representative and licensed insurance agent who helps his clients work toward an overall comprehensive plan with tax planning as a specialty. This plan focuses on education of both accumulation and income distribution. He is the current President for the LRU Alumni Association, Finance Chair and incoming Chair Elect of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce Board, in the Lake Norman Young Professionals, Vice Chair of the Lake Norman Small Business Network, and on the Advisory Board for the Cain Center for the Arts.
